Immerse your child in the world of nature-based creative play education with Silky Oak Community's tutoring program. We will provide an innovative approach to learning that sets Silky Oak Community apart. From understanding the benefits of nature-based education to implementing creative play activities, this program is designed for parents and their children who are interested in exploring a holistic and unique educational approach. The staff and volunteers at Silky Oak Community have expertise in this field. Throughout the term, your child will be engaging in enriching outdoor experiences through nature-based creative play. Please note that we are not a registered school (yet). This day program is $60 per day, and we require a ten week commitment. Please note that we will be able to accomodate only one catch up day, if your child is unwell. All participants will need to complete an Expression of Interest form prior to be enrolled. Please note that the EOI does not mean your child is automatically enrolled. For Term 2 it will be cooling down and we will be having outdoor play, so we ask families to bring along the following packed in bag for each child: ~Hat ~ Warm clothes ~Water Bottle ~Sunscreen ~Lunch box ~Spare clothing ~Suitable shoes for outdoor adventures
